RSAK Gaming Uploader is an internal tool used only by RSAK Gaming to publish its own content to its own YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.
YouTube API Services
RSAK Gaming Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information is also handled under the Google Privacy Policy.
What we access
With the channel owner's permission (Google OAuth, scope youtube.upload), the tool uploads videos to the RSAK Gaming YouTube channel. It does not read, collect, or access any other user's account or YouTube data.
What we collect, store, and share
We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal data from viewers or other users. The only stored item is the channel owner's OAuth refresh token, kept as an encrypted secret and used only to upload RSAK Gaming's own videos. No cookies or tracking are used by the tool.
TikTok
RSAK Gaming Uploader also uses the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API, authorised by the RSAK Gaming TikTok account owner (scopes user.info.basic and video.publish), only to publish RSAK Gaming's own approved videos to that account. It does not read, collect or store any other TikTok user's data. Use is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service. Access can be removed at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security, Apps and services.
Data deletion and revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time through the Google security settings page. When access is revoked or on request by email, the stored token is deleted within 7 days. Because no other user data is stored, there is nothing else to delete.

Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
